    Think twice about working here, this is a terrible company to work for!! A cult!! They, under pay you while training. They, over work you while training! If your relief calls off Titan will force you to stay an additional 4 hours over. Titan would even go so far as to set you up to work a double shift without notice. They, lie to you about what perks they offer!!

    My son was harassed by 3 of their guards. My just son started working for a vendor at the *** (****************************), went to the restroom and when he walked out of the restroom 3 security guards were standing there asking him why he was there and what was he doing. They proceeded to follow him then up the escalator as he was headed back to his work area. Titan security group was contacted and I have yet to hear back. This is pure HARASSMENT!!!!

    The are used at ************************** because ******* loves to hire private security as it's easier to hide things from CPD. They need to provide these employees with proper shoes cause I swear their shoes have me crying sometimes lol. They look like they are about to start talking. They sure make sure to get their moneys worth. They hire young girls literally the age of 18 who can't control their temper talking about you cant record me. Girl bye you learned nothing at training?

    When I worked for this company I was sexuall Harrassed by the training Sergeant on my first day this went on for months after I made a complaint to HR.i feel that my complaints and concerns were not resolved or taken seriously, I was constantly mocked for my complaints not to mention retaliated against, I just moved from an apartment complex where the same individual I complained about was there spreading rumors about me I had to move.they do not car about what your saying just show up everyday to relieve the very person that trained and harassed you it was terrible, I complained about Sergeant *************************** and was moved around at my request 2 months later after the complaint the fired me because I showed up at a fake site they sent me to I work at the site a whole 8 hours before I found out that I wasn't supposed to be at they called me with such attitude telling me that I fired for not showing up at work because I was at the site that the Scheduler sent to ,it was frustrating to see and experience that.
