    Contract was signed on 6/12/23 with ******* Construction for the building of a garage. A $5,000 deposit was given. It is now June of 2024 and the permit has not been secured. Excuses are given blaming the country. He incorrectly filed the permit under the wrong PIN number. He has not followed up with documentation showing any progress in the last year. He does not respond to texts or calls. I have now requested my $5,000 to be returned as he has not fulfilled any part of the contract. The contract is now null and void. I have requested a meeting to get my money back and once again, today he says its the counties fault. I have worked with contractors and this one is unreliable with excuses. I request my $5,000 deposit to be returned. He will not meet with me to do so.

Ne contacto para realizar un trabajo de una fence de metal yo me dedico a la soldadura por el medio que me contacto fue que llo le ofrec mis servicios de soldadura .Al presentarnos al lugar donde se iba ejecutar el proyecto hablamos de el costo medidas de la fence etc .Despus yo le mande el Precio de el trabajo por msj de texto y el acepto el precio le ped cierta cantidad de dinero para el trabajo me lo mando cuando estbamos trabajado en la fence tenamos comunicacin pero cuando termine el trabajo y le habl para cobrar el resto de el Dinero no contesta llamadas ni mensajes . Es el Motivo que espero Me ayuden con esta persona que al parecer le gusta. Engaar la gente y estafar por lo cual lo hace con mucha frecuencia

    En efecto el **** Urquizo se comunic con migo * quedamos en un acuerdo que me iba a pagar lo adeudado en cierta fecha se lleg *** fecha * no recib ningn pago desde entonces no me contesta las llamadas slo me nada ****** dicindome que me va a pagar tal dia se llega el da no paga nada * no contesta *o lo nico que quiero es recibir mi dinero porque necesito cubrir gastos de material * mano de obra que se utilizo para hacer el trabajo que el requiri

    Urquizo Construction **** was hired(******** Urquizo), to make an addition to a house; at first he seemed to be an honest and responsible person, when signing the contract on April 17, 2023, with the estimate received from the contractor he was granted the first payment for the amount agreed in the contract. Subsequently and starting the work by the company, the contractor requested an extra advance of the budgeted money for the purchase of material and repeatedly demanded more monetary advances from the budget for the purchase of material as well as initial payments for subcontractors in the area of air conditioning, electrician and plumbing. He was granted 95% of the money agreed to carry out the work, and the work is not even 25% of its entirety, adding internal damage to the property consequential to the work carried out by the company. It has been 8 months since Signed the contract and ******************** Urquizo now. or he answers calls, he has not returned any part of the money granted, he has not finished the addition of the house, and he has only left the area in inappropriate conditions for the weather (winter/rain) which only increasingly harm the property as well as its tenants. Of the money granted to ******************** Urquizo was supposedly for the purchase of material, which was a big lie on his part, because currently the company where he (******** Urquizo) acquired the material was not paid and the company is making us responsible for the payment of it, money that had already been granted in time to the contractor (******** Urquizo). As a result, the house is in poor condition due to the damage caused by the negligence of this company, and it is necessary to repair extraordinary areas to the addition as well as the prompt conclusion of the remaining 75% Of the project to avoid major damage during the winter.I request support for the company to be responsible for the damage to the property as well as having monetarily cheated the owner of the house (*************************).Thank you

    I hired ******** Urquizo of Urquizo Construction to complete a garage. His communication was excellent and was very professional up until he got the deposit. He originally requested half up front, but I did not feel comfortable as this was a new working relationship. We agreed to a fourth down. Once he received thousands of dollars, thr communication changed. I had to beg for receipts of deposits and materials purchased. Still never received materials receipt. He had an excuse every single day why he couldn't start the work. He eventually stopped communication, never started the job and lied several times about returning the deposit. He is a thief, lier, unlicesenced scam.

    The transaction took place on June 26,2023 and the amount that we agreed upon was ****** dollars. The agreement was to do an addition to my garage with electrical, new door's roof, siding, concrete, and install plywood with a trap door on the rafters of the existing garage and on new addition with a pocket door. The nature of dispute is the company has not finished the job and ive been calling them and they have been giving excuses that there work vehicle is down and that they have to fix it and other excuses. They havent returned my call or text since the beginning of October. They have not tried to resolve the issue because they have not returned my calls and they have blocked my phone number. I have proof that they have been working in other places but have not came back to finish my job. They need to get there license removed immediately

    Transaction took place close to December 28,2022. The company did not complete job. Also did not perform contracted work to desired outcome. Left dead wood exposed and open. Expressed that he would come back several to finish/repair total scope of contracted job.

    Urquizo construction was hired to replace gutters around the whole house. The exposed wood left was actually a fascia board. Which was never in our contract not did we verbal agree on that. The contract was only for gutters replacement nothing else

    April 2022 I had Ray Urquizo of Urquizo construction to replace my siding . After a few months the siding started buckling and I noticed that certain areas was not cocked, allowing water to get in. I reached out to *** several times . He would answer and say he would stop tomorrow and tomorrow has never came . Ive been call him for almost a full year . Now a pieces of my siding has flew off my house as well as the crappy gutter guards he installed. I trust that he will do the job right at this point . I need him to refund me money so that I can have someone to fix the repairs .
