    I ordered a part for my wash machine in May of 2023 and it was the wrong part. I sent the part back for a refund but was denied as refund because they said the item was used. I hired a specialist to complete this job and was told I bought the wrong part without even having to install it. The part was NOT used, I reached out multiple times since for a refund or for the part to be sent back to me. I keep getting a run around and that someone will give me a call when the shipping manager comes in. I never received a call. The last person I spoke with was named *******. If the part was lost in the warehouse, I demand a refund. It has been months that I have been dealing with this issue -- you all need to get put out of business, this is unacceptable.

    We believe that this complaint has been submitted to the wrong company.  We do not have any receipts in our computer matching the name on the complaint nor do we sell parts to the general public. We believe this should be directed to a company in *********, ** that has a similar name to ours.  If we are wrong please feel free to reach out to ** with an invoice number and we would be happy to get to the bottom of this. Thank you

    I had problems with Midwest appliance company back ordering a part for two months. Each time I called to check on it. I spoke to one of their employees ****, who was rude, threatened to cancel my order and called me a ***** and said nothing would make me happy. I spoke to the owner *******, who was very nice but unable to fix the problem that I could not get my part. I explain to him how rude his employee was, and that I would be putting a review down. I submitted a review about the rude behavior from the employee. And we canceled our order with Midwest. today three weeks later I received a phone call from the Root employee ***** stating the part was in. I said I canceled this order with the owner of the company because of your rude behavior. He said I saw your review and now I am going to call your place of business and put in a bad review for you. I know you work at ********************** So apparently he was researching me. This is a threat. This is illegal.
