    BlueBolt **** banks on customers not returning items due to its dishonest return procedures, powered by endless AI loops. I've emailed back and forth with this company 12 times, supplied multiple pictures, and they approved the return only to send me back into the return loop. Now, they say I have to send a picture of the box -- all for a $20 watch band. I've threatened to dispute the charge with my bank and to leave a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware - this return protocols are not a glitch, it's part of the system to make returns virtually impossible.

    I bought the bluebolt Travel foladable 3 in 1 Wireless Charging Station. The charging station for my Apple watch works fine but the charger for my iPhone does not. It will start charging but during the process is slowly moves off the charger and actually ends up losing charge during the night. I have emailed support from Bluebolt and supplied all the information they've requested until the final request from them for a 10 second video showing the problem. First of all, I live alone and cannot make a video of my own phone and secondly, it takes more than 10 seconds for the phone to move. Their number listed on the website does not work for phone help as you just get a busy signal. I would like my money back or a replacement charger. I don't think what ever magnetic to keep the phone is place is strong enough or working correctly. I've tried it with my phone case on and off.
