    I purchased a very limited hoodie way back on April 13th and recieved it in May. When I got the hoodie the text was peeling and ripping. I told Team LA and immediately was told they they don't consider my hoodie "Defected" they then later backtracked and admitted it. Instead of issuing my full refund they insisted I only be send $25 for my $93 hoodie. This company refuses to budge and they cite policies that do not exist on their website. They insist that I must return the hoodie so that only then I can get my refund when nothing in their policy states this. They continue to tell me that there is nothing they can do and that must either return the hoodie or be send $25 when they show no policy despite me continuing to ask them for it. The Manager also continues to be condescending in his replies despite me citing his backtracked remarks. This company is attempting to nickle and dime its customers on defected products that they sell and try to find any reason to take full responsibility. Like I stated the hoodie was limited and is now sold out and Team ** wants to strip that product that can never be bought instead of taking responsibility and issuing my refund when they themselves have been caught stating they sold me a Defective Product.
