    On August 1, 2024, my credit card was charged $59 by 4for4, which is owned by Betsperts, Inc. I did not authorize this charge. I have purchased services from 4for4 in this past, which is how they had my credit card information. I e-mailed 4for4 on August 1, 2024, asking them to refund the charge, but they refused.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and apologize for any inconvenience caused to ***********************. We have reviewed the complaint and *************************** account. Unfortunately, this charge was not unauthorized, but rather a renewal fee for their annual subscription to 4for4 services.

    At the time of signup, *********************** was informed that their subscription would automatically renew after one year. We have attached a copy of the signup screen for your reference ("Renewal Sign Up"). In accordance with our policy, we sent a reminder email to *********************** 30 days prior to the renewal date. We have attached a copy of the reminder email ("Renewal Notice") and a record of the email being sent ("Record of Renewal").

    Our refund policy, also attached ("Refund Policy") and available online at ****************************************, outlines the eligibility for refunds. Unfortunately, in this case, the renewal falls outside the timeframe for a refund. Due to the time sensitive nature of our services we have created this policy to protect customers and *****. 

    While we understand *************************** concern, considering the documented communication regarding the renewal, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, we value *************************** business and would like to offer an extension of the 4for4 subscription for an additional 6 months free of charge. 

    We encourage *********************** to contact us at ***************** to discuss the preferred option and any further questions they may have.

    I am rejecting this response because: At no point did I sign a contract with Betsperts authorizing them to auto-renew my subscription. In fact, I have previously told them not to auto-renew my subscription, and can provide this e-mail upon request. Betsperts has provided no proof of a contract with them authorizing an auto-renewal. Betsperts has only provided a generic screen grab that does not contain any information identifying me.

    Regarding the alleged e-mail that I received on July 1, 2024, I never received this e-mail. I have checked my e-mail numerous times in an effort to find this e-mail, but I did not.

    Regarding the alleged time sensitive nature of their business, I reached out to Betsperts at 10:42 a.m. on August 1, 2024 asking it to refund me. This was 3 minutes after Betsperts charged me the money. The argument about this being time sensitive lacks merit when I reached out 3 minutes after being charged.

    Regarding contacting ****************** I already have, and they refused to give me a refund.
