    Hello! I started the process of ordering a storage until around August 25th to begin on September 3rd, when I got to the page before confirmation and saw the price included more fees than I wanted to pay I decided not to move forward with the unit. To my surprise I was still charged and made the company aware that morning with no response. I left multiple voicemails and emails with no response. When I finally spoke to someone he said his higher up would be in touch and it would be refund within days and I told him if I would have to claim fraud with the bank if it didnt fall off. No word from anyone so I filed fraud and the bank agreed this was fraud. Imagine my surprise when here I am a month later theyre sending me an invoice for 99 because the bill is overdue (which they took my payment so Im not sure even if I had moved forward with the unit,which I had not, how there could be charges at all) they are very aware at that location that I never rented this unit and that Im not paying them and owe them nothing. I spoke to a guy today and he said his higher up would be in charge but based on what *** learned that wont happen. I have nothing to do with this place aside from almost renting a unit a month ago. This seems very much like a scam to me.
