    We originally booked 17 feet truck at ************ ********* (**************************************************) on Friday June 30th, which was only within 2 miles radius of our both locations for move. While we were on the way to pick up, we received call that the truck was not returned. We need to move on 30th otherwise our landlord would charge us for whole month. We asked U-haul employee to get us truck from any location. They found 15 feet truck at U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Loop (***********************************************************************), which is now 7 miles radius. We had no choice. We took that option and picked up truck at 3 pm. We finished our 1st trip with heavy load without any issue. During our 2nd trip, heavy rain started and I got wet from water leak while driving. I have the video of water leak from top of truck. I freaked out and took the truck back to rental location to get replacement. While I got there at 7:50 pm, I explained the situation to *******. I offered to show the video. But she did not care like this can happen. She said location was closing in 10 minutes and they can't do anything but start return process. Again, I had no choice. I told her that we drove total 16 miles and did not get a chance to fill up gas while returning truck and left. I was surprised when I saw the receipt that she charged me $19.80 (4 Gallons) for 16 miles driven. I called the location today morning but no one picked up phone for 30 minutes. I called U-haul customer service and same. U-haul should not charge me anything for providing such truck. Instead they charged me $82.60.
