    I have been using this app for over two years only using round **** my savings had built up to almost **** dollars, I check my account almost every other day, but the other day I check it and it a zero balance in my stash round **** then I go back on there and it tells me to relink my bank, with no history of me starting my account , until recently when I ******** my bank, now they sending me email of my activity, and ***** to that no emails, all my funds gone, and tell me I just started this month.

    As we've discussed over the phone and via email we tried to identify if funds were actually moved from your bank to Changed. You stated no funds were moved and we even looked into our system to see if there were any funds moved which there wasn't. We walked through all the possible cases and identified any issues that *** have occurred and now your account is saving properly and you have all transaction history with your Changed app.
