TheoremReach is partnered with mobile game Avakin Life. You can take surveys through Theorem Reach where you can earn in game rewards for the mobile game Avakin Life. I took a 14 minute survey through TheoremReach where the reward were $24,283 in game coins for the mobile game Avakin Life. Prior to taking the survey I took 4 other surveys through Theorem Reach where the coins were promptly deposited into the Avakin Life game account. This was the only survey where the coins were not deposited and it is to my suspicion it wasn't deposited due to the large amount. I have all supporting screenshots below, that shows survey completion, that shows the amount of coins that should have been deposited. I also have screenshots of me reaching out to TheoremReach and they have only stalled in getting this issue resolved.

    Hi there,

This is an issue between the user and the publisher where they take our surveys from, in this case Freecash.com. From our end, we have approved the reward amount with the publisher and sent the reward value to the publisher for user redemption. It is up to the publisher, which is an independent company from TheoremReach, to make sure the user receives this reward. We are happy to continue interfacing with the publisher until the user has been paid out but please note this is out of our control as we do not control the final redemptions and relationship with the user.

    Thank you,
