    I went to Ikes Tailor Shop Friday, May 12, 2023 at approximately 12 noon. I wanted them to Tailor a black ***** New York suit. They had me to try this suit on and there person came out to do alteration where it needed to be. Also, I was quoted it would cost $115.00 to do the alteration. The business did not try to resolve the problem they wanted to give me $115.00 the money that was paid for alteration. I told told them ( 2 female) the suit cost $300 originally and Im asking for $250 because I had worn this suit twice when I was larger. They refuse so now here we are.

    This suit was picked up may 20th and she came back may 22nd to show us the suit was altered wrong. We did tell her we could fix it but she just wanted her money back.  The suits name brand is a ***** Wear .  I provided pictures that I found online of the brand .  I could not find any store that sells this brand .  I only found them on *****  She did say it was a ***** New York but we showed her the tag said ***************.  I offered her the tailoring refund immediately and asked her to bring the receipt of purchase so we can talk about a refund for the cost of suit.  Her suit did look used and had stains so we knew it was not new.  She said she lost weight also.  We did try to resolve but she said shed rather go to court.  At no point did we refuse to pay.  We just wanted a fair price for cost of suit which is used .  Thank you!

    I am rejecting this response because:

     My suit was purchased at ***************************** on State street approximately a year before closing.  I never purchase anything from Amazon.  I told Ikes I will only accept $250.00 for my suit and $115.00 paid to Ikes for tailoring.  There was nor are there any spot in my suit.  Thank you

    ****************** said she purchased the suit a year ago. Now it turns out that she purchased it at ***************************** before they closed.  ***************************** closed in 2006.  I did not say it was purchased on Amazon .  I said I could not find that brand in any store.  I only found it on Amazon as used suits. Those are the pictures I sent.  The suit was dirty on the white sleeves cuffs.  And the receipt she sent you says (dirty). In parentheses.  We will gladly pay the alteration cost ****** and ****** for the suit cost.  Thank you
