This is a podcast I subscribed to quite some time ago, when I tried cancelling the subscription I found that I did not actually have an account yet I had access to content (very confusing) I was advised to try cancelling through the company its self, I did and again there was no account. I tried calling the phone number included with the transaction on my credit card statement the number is not in service. I was charged for an account at $4.99 a month. For approximately a year and didnt discover it till recently and disputed the charges with my credit card. I had to get a new credit card. However Somehow Luminary Media got my new CC number and continued charging me. I put a stop payment order on my new credit card. It has worked so far but they keep trying to charge me once a week and sometimes every other day. Im worried theyll get access again if its a scam or if it is a legitimate business they might send me to collections. I didnt access the content for very long approximately 4 months then I believed I had cancelled it. I realize I may not get my money back but I thought I would make sure this doesnt happen to any one else, to report it and hope for the best. I only have emails and credit card statements. I dont know how to give you access to that.

On June 24 of 2024 I was fraudulently charged, $78, by this company - for a subscription that I do NOT have with them. This is the second time this has happend. Last time, in 2022- I called the company and they apologized and refunded me. Now, when I call the number it is a "disconnected" number. Chase **** has reported fraud on my behalf. This charge was made on a credit card that I have NOT given them. Now I am forced to report fraud, have my credit card replaced and expend effort, time and suffer stress in an already difficult situation.I see Luminary Podcasts have a C- RATING... is there any way we can file charges against this company? I am sure they are fraudulently charging other small struggling businesses and people like me all the time...

My credit card whist charges for the second time in 12 months for a subscription that I dont use, cannot access, and do not want. I am asking to cancel but there is no customer service phone number and I do not get responses from the emails and support requests. I have tried to reset my password through my email with no success. I want/need to cancel this but there is no answer on the other end. It is also very suspicious in the sense that it keeps asking me for information but I never get anywhere.
