They provide phone numbers to scammers and do not take any action, even when complaints are being sent to them. Reporting them to the *** does not seem to take them down either, but is most likely the best way to get rid of companies like this.

Peerless Network appears to be a safe haven for scams, spamming and various other TCPA violations. I have been bothered and harassed by callers on the network of this telecom carrier for over 3 years now. I have escalated the issue to their executive team, legal team and other executive to absolutely NO avail.Their response (that is when they CHOOSE to respond, which is very rate) is always identical and rather generic in nature: "We are primarily a wholesale provider, and we will escalate this issue to our customer. We will also ask them to put your telephone number on their internal Do Not Call List". This is an extremely convenient and cookie-cutter way of saying: "Peerless Network really does not care about your complaint. We are making a ton of money off our lovely foreign spammers, and we are laughing in your face about it. There is nothing you can do about it because the ** has broken legal system, and we will keep money!"Here are the issues with their response, which are quite logical in nature:1. TCPA is a real law, and it must be respected. Why do I HAVE to be placed on some weird internal DNC List, when I am already on the Federal DNC? Furthermore, NO robocalling is allowed, UNLESS their clients have my PWC (prior written consent). They do NOT have it.2. Peerless MUST end all business relationships with its customer that violate TCPA. They do not do it. Occasionally, they'd just disconnect a single number, which is amusing and infuriating at the same time. They MUST hold their clients accountable.3. Reporting violators on the website of Peerless Network is impossible, as it is broken. It has been broken since at least 2019, to the best of my knowledge.4. Peerless refuses to disclose their KYC Policy (Know Your Customer), and they obviously aren't enforcing it either. Why else would they tolerate all these illegal robocalls on their network? Shouldn't it "ring a bell" to them when they're seeing Filipino and Indian firms robocalling *********?

Late this evening I received a very rude call from a man. He was confrontational, accusatory and beyond disrespectful.

You are an **** reseller with the worst possible team I have ever had to deal with. Your techs argue the issue is layer one. Then after 48hrs you call **** just to have them talk to us. You are nothing more than a middle man that needs to be removed.

Scum of Earth who exploit elderly & mentally ill. As the vendor AKA CO-CONSPIRATOR of the scammer scumbags that use their service, Peerless Network should be indicted for millions of felony counts of conspiracy to ****************** of wire fraud, extortion, elder abuse, disabled abuse, *******************there's no doubt they've caused enough stress to trigger stroke, heart attack of their health compromised elderly &/or naive victims. Prior to GOPTrump pandemic Democrats introduced bills to stop these Despots but naturally GOPDESPOTS & their fatfascisTrump blocked bills calling bills "socialist business regulation" Senator ****** continues to try to stop these scumbags & the homicidal phone scammers as well! Fortunately scumbag scammers don't GAF or know who their victims vote for so GOPMAGACULT Fascist dumbasses who obviously love to be scammed by disgusting liars & cheats while demanding their freedom to infect & kill their elderly parents, ************************ with a deadly virus will happily be receiving calls from ******** Princes & the ****** What a shame if MAGAIDIOTS nightly ******* to *************************** is interrupted by their Nigerian Prince & the *****

About 80% of the scam / spam calls what we receive are from Peerless Network VOIP numbers. They have dozens of BBB complaints and I am constantly filing FCC and FTC complaints but they do nothing to stop the flood of scammers.I rate Peerless Networks a 1 star only because I couldn't select ZERO..

They have been allowing a ************, ** man to continue his attempts of extortion by utilizing a loop-hole in the ************ law; he has refused to peacefully and safely allow me to retrieve my possessions from a home that - turns out - he was squatting and using for criminal means. He is NOT authorized to rent out the property and committed a sexual assault against me.************ PD nor the *** department is assisting, nor the councilwoman for that district. All are pointing the finger. Peerless has allowed this criminal to call me, leave threatening messages, etc. I've also had to notify the *** as I cannot file due to him confiscating my desktop and all of my medical and financial files including tax records.Everything is getting documented and shared with my attorney. If this individual slips up one day and leaves a voice message while on a meth and fentynal induced high and threatens my life UTILIZING THIS **** NETWORK THERE WILL BE H*** TO PAY! NICE TRY WITH THE ATTEMPT AT OBTAINING ALL OF OUR IP ADDRESSES BY REQUESTING US TO HAVE THE **** NUMBERS SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL!! SHAME!
