  I cannot recommend Text2MD enough! I am a real person, not a review bot, and can confirm this service is worth every *****. I live in an area with extremely limited healthcare coverage and finding a PCP is next to impossible, let alone scheduling an appointment. I have a few basic prescriptions that I take for chronic conditions and the doctor ********************* will remove any specific names so I cannot refer to him by name) has been extremely helpful in following/refilling them. Its such a huge stress relief to not have to worry about if/when Ill be able to access a refill for medications Ive been on for 10+ years. He continues to be an absolute blessing in my life and I will remain a patient as long as hes in practice! Thank you Dr!

  I have a nasty eye infection that I get like every other year and need prescription eye drops for. I work Monday - Saturday, and a lot of doctors do not work of a Sunday. Cant really afford to take a day off for a doctors appointment.My insurance does provide Teladoc as a service but I have cropping social anxiety and cannot talk on the phone unless its for work. I spent hours Googling for something like this and Im glad I found it!Fast Service!On the website, they state that they work from 9AM-7PM **. I think I sent my message at 6:45PM, so I didnt expect to get a reply on the same day. However, ************************* replied to me first thing in the morning! I didnt expect that either! I was shocked! When you need an antibiotic or a refill, it can take it 3-7 days to get at your PCP. Knowledgeable Provider!The form you have to fill out really goes in depth. ************************* said he took everything I wrote and described and I believe that. Even though I just need antibiotic eye drops, I appreciate the care.Fair price!You have to pay $35 for a prescription or a refill. Thats very fair. I think Teladoc that comes with my insurance is $20 per visit. The convenience of not speaking to a provider you never seen before over the phone is worth the $15. Plus I think you get better care here. Honestly, 5-star service. I would recommend it and use it again myself. Its great for something small.

  Quick response and easy scheduling. Being heard and validated is like a breath of fresh air. My needs are few, I get my labs done regularly, and I am delighted with the ease and peace of mind that Text2MD provides for me and my family.   I received responsible, reliable, quality care from a very responsive doctor. I was so relieved to receive prompt, compassionate, and affordable care. I began using this service during COVID and will continue to use it for acute issues that can be managed virtually. I have a profoundly disabled daughter and this service has allowed me to receive prompt medical care without needing to find skilled respite care so I can go to a doctors office, sometimes for hours. Its been a real lifeline to me as a single parent.

  Text2MD is super convenient and fast. I dont always have time to go all the way to urgent care for small needs and it is easy and simple to consult with a physician via telehealth. I really appreciate their wonderful service.

  I have used Text2MD for 2 years now and have never been disappointed. The doctors are attentive and take the time to understand my history. I am impressed with their follow up. I would and do recommend them to everyone. Only downside is they are not affiliated with every state.

  I love **********************. I have been working with him for over a year. His online service gives a straight forward, efficient connection directly to **********************, who writes back. Yes the doctor writes back, and right away. His charges are very reasonable and there are no hidden subscription fees. The text2md and spruce interfaces are easy. As a senior who does not drive much, this service is so helpful. Working with ********************** would also work great for a busy family.
