The date of purchase was done on 05/16/2025 at 3:14 p.m. per my receipt I spent a total of $334.06 including taxes. The issue is that I was overcharged in the amount of $***** plus taxes of $6.15 a total of $*****. When I got home and double checked my receipt I noticed ****** overcharged me. This was due to the following I purchased 11 baseball cards at $15.00 each a total of $165. Plus one $10.00 baseball card pack and two Star Trek cards at $5.00 each = $20. The total should have been $185 paid. But I was charged for 15 at $15.00 each = $225 Plus $20 a total of $245 I am owed a refund of ***** plus *****% tax rate taxes of $6.15. I have exhausted all my options sent emails, phone calls, went in person, ******** messages, etc. I've attached pictures of what I purchased, numbered the items, as well as the total I was charged with the other items purchased, but for the baseball cards I was overcharged by ***** total. I have had my mother go in there twice they wont correct the issue, **** stated she reviewed the cameras and I confirmed I had 15 packages but as you can see with the picture I misunderstood it should have been 11 big boxes at $15.00 each, 1 at $10.00 each, and 2 at $5.00 each. ****** said on 05/17/2025 she overcharged me offered me additional cards but I declined she said if you want a refund **** the manger will assist when she returns from ****** on vacation. **** stated she doesnt know how do a refund and someone will call me but they havent and refused my refund and well as ***** the executive director. I am very upset with the behavior of this business, the management, etc. they are very irate and rude towards us I usually go every weekend, to make donations and purchases with my mother and daughter. I am owed a refund on the card used my mom showed **** the receipt and ***** the receipt and they wont assist.
