    I recently paid $ ********* for a buyout whereby my Mexico vacation membership which will be transferred into ****************** name as well as $11,700. to pay for the Tax Identification Number that Mexico requires. Connect Title is handling this and after repeatedly emailing they have not responded to any of my questions. After renewing the TIN which cost $3500.00 I was to be completely funded the full amount held in escrow. That has not happened because unbeknownst to me I need to pay over ********* in bank transfer fees that nobody from Connect Title advised me of. There is no way for this transaction to close now so I asked Connect Title what happens to escrow and the status of me getting refunded for closing costs, the buyout procedure as well as all the fees I paid. I told Connect Title that the lawyer involved, see attachment., was suspended, and business accounts frozen by the **** because he does not have a license to practice law in the state of ******** where they are located. This is fraud! I asked Connect Title for contact information for the law team in ****** so that I could at least inquire about this situation on my own. I have no clue as to the status of my title whether or not Magnificent Realty's name is on my title and if not when can I expect to be reimbursed for the enormous amount of money I have paid to accomplish this. Both entities are irresponsible and neglectful and I am doing what I can to hold them all accountable. At this point I am out almost ********** USD in total from taxes and fees and bank fees etc. If the title is not in my name how do I get it back? If it has not been completed then when can I expect a refund because I never received the services that I paid for. I am extremely upset and I had hoped Connect Title would at least act responsibly and ethically. Instead they are siding with a company that has committed fraud against me and neglected to inform me of outstanding bank fees.
