    I mistakenly confirmed a ticket purchase before I had heard from our group. I did not mean to hit purchase yet. I immediately reached out to correct this mistake and wait until I heard from everyone and despite it being a matter of minutes they refused to help resolve the problem. They also have no phone number and a robot email just kept delivering the same unhelpful message, so I couldn't speak to anyone about this issue

    I purchased tickets for an outing with my family on June 14, 2024. While on the website it wasn't clear what day I purchased it. Once I realized the issue I tried to contact the help contact email, and I didn't receive a response. I eventually used an alternative email I found on the website got a response, and was denied. In summary, their website is not clear and deceiving and I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

    I purchased 4 vip tickets to the museum. The vip tickets were sold as having these vip perks; anytime entry, piece of mind with vip ticket insurance, vip priority check in, a free drink and 10% off 1 item from the store. I have an email confirmation saying as much. Unfortunately, I purchased the tickets in ******* and we won't be able to make the trip out there. Hence, purchasing the *** tickets to make sure we could change our plans. Tickets were purchased on 3/24/24. I contacted support on 3/25/24 and tried to cancel ***********, as should be our right, as we purchased *** tickets and were confirmed by writing in email to have ticket insurance included with ***********. I was told by customer service they do not give refunds unless ticket insurance was purchased, which I stated I was confirmed to have with our ticket purchase. I am being told that I cannot cancel or receive a refund. That the vip tickets do not come with ticket insurance which is contradictory to what I have in writing in my purchase confirmation email. I can provide said email if needed. This company is falsely advertising their vip ticket package. They are scamming customers. I want a full refund as that is why I paid for vip tickets.

    I purchased 7 anytime tickets to attend the museum today that was suppose to close at 7pm. Today they choose to close early without notice because of a Christmas parade that didnt have anything to do with them and allowed me to purchase my tickets two weeks ago. This was my baby birthday celebration which they ruined i had to get a rental and i had to drive on a blizzard to get there which was four hours away and they only thing they could say was someone would get in touch with me i feel that i should receive a full refund because of their inconvenience i move next month theres no way I can come back they ruined my daughter 13th birthday. I really just want my money back
