    I paid for online foodservice exam.I did the preliminary computer diagnostics test they required and my pc passed.I went to take the test and my computer couldn't access the psi required download. I hit the chat button to figure out the issue. By the time I got a hold of someone my exam was expired and they said no refunds. I had said in initial message psi wasn't working. They said I could not reschedule or refund for an exam i never took or was given access. After threatening legal action they said oh you didn't say it was a PSI issue. although i did in the first sentence. Than they told me my exam had expired. Offered technical support but i would have to pay again. It is a scam
