    On late August of 2024 Interprenet staff ****** ********* contact me regarding an assignment for an on site, in person interpretation service at ****. I went there with 2 other interpreters for all day service on 9/4/2024. The service suppose to be paid when service rendered but as of today I called them several times but the call been passing around and they can't located a supervisor or manager to find out the status. I try to call ****** ********* but his phone keep disconnected. I will never take their assignment again. Therefore, I would like to let all the interpreters and those that might want to use their service aware of their dishonest business practices.

     Mr. ****-***** *** was secured for an event that took place on September 4, which he completed in a satisfactory manner. He signed our PO (enclosed) which clearly states that payment will be sent at the end of the following month.

    Without more information about the call(s) he made, we cant be sure who hes referring to when expressing that his call was passed around and a supervisor could not be found. He did email ****** ********* (the ** who issued the *** who responded on Oct 9th that his payment would be sent at the end of October (as per the POs T&Cs).

    He was paid in full for his services on October 30th via direct deposit to his checking account and he has confirmed receipt of payment. Thus, we believe his complaint is unfounded and kindly ask you to close this case.
