There is a statute of limitations for fraud: The statute of limitations for most bank fraud crimes is ten years. I am addressing this because my mortgage payments have been going to investors as cash flow claims. The note became a security after 90 days or 9 months. None of this was disclosed to me at closing. The mortgage bill is not addressed in my name. The mortgage bill is addressed to Chicago Title and Trust Company and for more than a few years somehow I am forced to make payments. They have sent numerous letters stating that I must do all that I can to protect the interest of the beneficiary. Where do I benefit as there is a banking transaction issue in regards to FAS 95 Accounting in regards to cash receipts! ******************************************************** I am an investor/note holder where I do not have a mortgage. They have taken the mortgage and put it into a mortgage loan trust and they issue trust certificates to the investors. When the note was signed by wife; we purchased and invested. As a customer and invested note holder we have not receive any pecuniary profits or any dividends (1099-DIV, 1099-OID, or the 1099-INT) on the prospectus purchase. There may be ***** regulatory violations of sharing my account with any other investors than my invested purchase.

$7958.99 was deducted to pay taxes for each condo sale that occurred on December 27 2022. There were two units sold by myself (303, 403) totaling holding by CT is $15,917.98 I was told on the date of the sale by the **************************************** she is located at the **** ****************** road suite ****************************** office. That it will take ***** days for any return of any funds after the taxes are paid. It is now May 5 and there seems to be no end in sight. Also this brings up additional problems regarding the funds ( 1 ) there is no interest being paid during this hold ( 2 ) there are penalties that are occurring as long as the property taxes arent paid by due dates. Will I be paying these large amounts of penalties even though they had the funds to pay since December of last year. I have spoken to ***************** 3 times march 6, when I was told less than 30 days I will will receive the remainder funds. I called back in April 3 and was given a runaround statement about the paperwork. I called back on April 11 and was told they still dont know how much I owed and theres nothing she can do until she gets the information. A big problem with this is if the city has a website in which you can put in the condos location and find out exactly how much is owed and pay it online instantly. its been five months.. and now with extra penalties.
