    I paid $1,420 to Armano's Tire shop to repair my grandson's car 2011 ***** G6. On 1/9/25 my grandson took his car to the shop. The mechanic called my grandson and said he needed a radiator and an alternator. I called on 1/10/25 and asked how much the repairs would be. I was quoted $1,230. I told the mechanic to proceed to repair the car. He said it would be a couple days, and he will call my grandson when the car is ready. The mechanic called my grandson on 1/13/25 and he went to pick up the car. The mechanic stated to my grandson he only accepted cash. I found that strange because a week prior I purchased a new tire for my grandson's car, and I used my debit card! My grandson was driving home engine light came on, no heat and the car stop in the middle of the street. My grandson called back to the shop and the mechanic told him to bring the car back. The car started up and my grandson was able to get the car back to the shop. I went to the shop in that evening to speak to the mechanic. We went into the shop; he raised up the hood and showed me another part connected the radiator that needed to be replaced. He stated the part will cost $190 and he would not charge for labor to repair this piece. He called my grandson 1/16/25 and said the car is ready. I drove m grandson to the shop 1/17/25 to pick up the car. My grandson paid, got the receipt, started the car. The engine light was still on. The mechanic stated the light will go off after driving it for a while. My grandson drove the car for a few hours. Engine light was still on, no heat, windows fogged up. I went back to the shop on 1/18/25. Spoke to a manager. was told to bring the car back in a month and they will flush the engine. So, when you do a diagnostic test, and you knew the engine needed to be flushed why bring it back in a month why not flush it now? We were offered no further assistance. My grandson has to spend money for an **** to get to work. I'm requesting financial compensation. Thank you.

    I went to this business to have my car repaired. He quoted me a price for the repairs and I agree for him to make the repairs. I picked up my car when the called and said it was ready . My car was not repaired and had no antifreeze in it . Took 2 days to speak with the mechanic. I had to keep calling I explain to him that my car was not repaired . I took it back for him to repair . Once again he called and informed me that the repairs had been made . My car was running heavy and the computer data center was blinking. Im disabled and I do not go out much The very next day driving my car to pick up my prescriptions from the ********** ******** center informs me its no oil in my car now and no antifreeze. The simple repairs was supposed to be radiator hose , Thermostat flush and antifreeze put back. The second I returned my car , they asked me the make model and year . Odd since they did not ask me the first time . Then someone was searching all through my car . Oily stain fingerprints are on my cream leather all in the back seat . I called and inform them my car was still not repaired and my oil was gone out of my car . Then the oily fingerprints all over my interior. I would like my money refunded so I can take my car to be repaired . They laugh at me again and said no refund. They were laughing when I returned my car the second time. I asked what was so funny and yes the speak fluent English. Now I want my money refunded, cost out my pocket for oil and antifreeze. Cost of paying for people to give me a ride etc. I can not drive my car the antifreeze is pouring out onto the ground. Same exact problem now worst when I took my car to them to be repaired. I have a *** 750 ** and they were local . I asked was he a licensed mechanic and could he fix my car . He replied yes **** .
