    Man sold me a appliance on 10/18/22 and delivered it. 10/20/22 I let him know it wasn't working properly next day,which he didn't even come and see it,he admitted it was in his store for months and he thought he fixed it properly, stating he added freeon and thought it worked right ,he offered me a replacement which I agreed,he delivered it on Mon 10/24/22. I told him if any issues with this fridge I wanted a full refund and I'll go elsewhere,which he stated yes,but I would only pay him $30 to remove it from my house and take it back to his store, which I agreed. 10/26/22 I contact him to tell him the freezer isn't keeping the ice or ice cream, Popsicles cold,everything is water, that he can take the fridge back as I had stated anymore issues I didn't want it. He then sent me a text stating no refund and doesn't reply to me anymore.I have every text exchanged between us, it won't allow me to upload it all so you can see conversations. I want my $350 back, I am a single mom on disability with no help ,he isn't going to scam me for money

    He is lying I never went back into the store to pick out another refrigerator, he sent me everything in text about the replacement appliance pictures on other appliancesas a replacement,(is there a way that I would be able to send BBB the whole text thread,because he is leaving parts out,and it only allows me to upload a couple and not the whole text thread, he left out parts of it to make it look like he tried.)

    WWhen I agreed to the replacement because he stated he knew something was wrong with the first appliance because he attempted to fix it and is guessing it was still a issue , I asked him are you sure it all works ,he stated yes, so I told him ok bring it. When we made the trade I told him any issues with this appliance I want my refund and nothing else,which he agreed,and said I would have to pay another $30 for him to take it from my house again,which I agreed. He was ready to leave when my spouse noticed ****** was rocking back and forth,I commented it to him and with bad manners her adjusted the front legs, again I told him any issue with the Fridge I want my money back, and here standing in my kitchen he said ' yes ma'am,not a problem

    Later that nite I go to the fridge and I noticed the light to freezer isn't working and again the freezer isn't getting froze enough. Next day I let him know,which he sends me a pix of the recipient saying no refunds, which he didn't state it verbally to me when he agreed to refund me if there was something wrong with this appliance.

    I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this store if my money isn't refunded,and I will be including lawyers fees,and lost wages from me taking off work, to settle this matter. This man needs to stop lying and take responsibility for his faulty appliances.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    ***************** is a habitual liar,which I can prove with the

    screenshots and text messages,he never fixed anything from the first refrigerator he delivered to my residence,he himself told me he "thought" he fixed the refrigerator because it was leaking the coolant,and has been sitting in his shop ,so that explains why it wasn't  working properly,as for the second refrigerator he delivered, it was smaller than the first one, and he insisted it was bigger, he claimed he gave me a break on the price,which ok, thanks but that isn't my problem,he should have been honest about his appliances.

    And for him to assume I am married, it is none of his  buisness. He is creeping on my ******** page and

    trying to find information about me,since I have left my honest and bad review on the stores ****** and FB page. He has yet to even call or text me to try and rectify this situation, only making it seem like it to the BBB, which I can forward everything to the proper channels to show who is the credible person here,which is not the vendor.
