  The worse place to purchase or do business with. I purchased a vehicle 0ct 9th and oct 21st the engine light came on, they sold me a lemon, they hound you for payments from their personal phones by text and calls even if you are one day late, they set you up to steal from by having no grace ******** and place you in repossession, they are unprofessional and highly do not recommend doing any type of business here. I have called multiple times to get a confirmation letter that they no longer will like to finance with me and they will not provide to me both the finance company Overland bond and the dealership Car Credit both denied me confirmation letter. They also will not give me my down payment since they are denying me financing now.

  I was sold a car Oct 3rd . Then Oct 13 the catalytic converter went out : they was supposed to replace it and the October 18 they replaced it again . Now its September the same part is gone out . And the catalytic converter supposed to last ten years . They can't help me with anything if I could I would take the one star away.

  Worst place ever I repeat do not shop they are scammer selling bad cars and stalk u for money and talk to u like your nothing cant wait for this class action lawsuit to come about they need one

  ********************* Is a terrible general manager. He forwarded my signatures on paperwork that I did not sign. He was very rude to me when i was asking questions before paying my car note. He hung up in my face and everything. I do not recommend this car place to no one they're scammers.

  If you have credit issues, do not go to them, find somewhere else to purchase your vehicle. The finance team is horrible and disorganized. Paid off a car within the time frame of 36 months, never received a call about the title. When I inquired I was told it takes at least 30 days to get the title or notification that it is ready. Completely understandable except it had now been 90 days and when I called I got the run around. One fuy named ****** called me back in an attempt to resolve the matter and then told me "ma'am you're the one who called the finance ****** When I said no, I called customer service and requested a manager who is over the title department. He said "Well whatever, I don't have time for this. " and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unproductive. It should not be this difficult to get a title of car that has been paid off. Then I was told my car might stop working because of the gps they installed. Just stay away from them and *************. Horrible businesses.

  Bought a car from this company and not even a day later it broke down. They supposedly fixed whatever the problem was due to the car being under a 30day warranty. Started having issues with the transmission and now I can't even drive my car because the transmission won't shift. Called ********************************** and neither businesses want to help out in any way and fix the problems. All the cars they sell are lemons and they are only out to make a quick buck and s**** you over

Please call and ask for ********************* at Car Credit Center ******************** and let me know when you will be able to have the car towed in. We do not cover towing.
