    An attemped repair was made to my garage door. I was billed for services that did not take place . Work order description was false . And worst of all they used my personal materials ( lumber and wood screws) . Then billed me for materials used . They claimed they replace broken pieces with new parts however they just screwed it back together with my hardware and painted over it . **************** is the rental agency that hired lessen to come out . I've attached an email that discusses the terms .

    I rent my home with ARK Homes I just moved to the home and the outlets in both the bathrooms upstairs weren't working so I told my son to put a maintenance request he did the date came no one came to the home I called the number which was on the email from the maintenance request I made and the guy didn't answer left a voice mail he returned my call he said the system was having problems and he didn't receive the request but knew what was wrong with the outlets he told me what to do he said go outside in the front or in the back and see which outlets has a light on and press the safety switch on it I did then he tells me go check if the outlets in both bathrooms are working I did and they were then this guy tells me go to the front of the house and take a Pic of the door and a Pic of the outlet and send it to me I did and I still have the message I sent him. I didn't know why was he asking me to send him the pictures well 2 weeks later ARK Homes sends me a bill for $240.95 for a completed electrical work order on-site! No one ever came to my home I was the one that checked the outlets I'm the one the did the work not no one.

    Lessen provides property services to our client, but did not bill ****************** directly for any work performed.  Lessen was made aware of an issue with one of its vendors, but promptly reimbursed our client and terminated the vendor.  Any disputed charges or a potential reimbursement would need to be addressed directly with the client.
