      I ordered a product from this company and they never shipped the product but, they cashed my check. After several months I called to find out what was going on. Their employee told me that the product was on backorder. I asked her why did they cash my check if they couldn't ship the product. She said that they do it all the time. I told her that taking people money and not shipping any product was bad business. She disagreed. I then asked for a refund and a follow up mail from them on my credit. She refused. I asked how I was to know if they issued credit and she said I would have to call back. I asked how long on the credit and she said **** days. I'll bet that doesn't happen!
