    On November 30, 2022, I reached out to Geeklogicity.com for logo, website, and business services (rights to own trademarks for my business that were created). I was promised custom services to achieve this goal once I provided the first payment of $250.00 USD to Geeklogicity. Once payment was taken, I was promised new and creative products and services within 48 hours, which were not done on time and the products and services were copied and pasted images of other websites and logos (not my own). I emailed Geeklogicity consistently about the process and why everything was already owned by other companies. I even provided hand drawn concepts to provide Geeklogicity along with my full request in writing so there wouldn't be any more confusion or excuses moving forward. During the process multiple days go by without communication, updates, products/services redone and no form of effort to fix my concerns and complaints. I received only "I'm sorry" and "Can I have another chance" (*************************), responses without any plan of action for this issue. I asked for a refund (starting December 10th, 2022) and never received any payment back. I felt that the apologies were not sincere due to the lack of effort of simply listening and executing promised tasks. These mistakes made caused a lot of stress, confusion and distrust between me, ************************* and Geeklogicity. It makes it harder to trust others in this line of business and tougher for those who look for support and partnerships to succeed in this market. From this horrible experience I have went through I hope I am heard, and something is done to not only to fix my issues with this company, but for everyone before and after me to learn how to do business the right (ethical) way.
