I purchased services with Logozones for logo and website development over the last 1-2 years. The service started off OK but as I needed updates and changes to my website development the service turned from OK to poor to horrible. The company misrepresented the services they would be providing and is now trying to hold me hostage and extort money from me to take my website elsewhere which is what I was promised could be done at minimal to no cost when I had the website built. This company does not stick to its word and does not provide good customer service after initial contact with a consumer. I have asked for a copy of my original contract to take a look at the terms we originally agreed upon and Logozones is refusing to provide me with a copy. This company should be reported to state authorities for investigation.

I hired logozones to design my website. They were running an offer for 499 for a multi page custom website. They told me they would make a site for me that I could approve, with many layouts and looks. They said it would take 4 weeks, 6 weeks tops. I paid them immediately. They kept asking for more money because they said what I wanted was original and custom. Then they asked for even more for the hosting. I paid them a total of **** and 16 weeks later my ONE PAGED simple website was still not designed. They begged and apologized until I called my credit card company and now an disputing charges. I have sent pages of emails to my bank to prove they didn't do the service that I paid them to do. They lied to me repeatedly and disappeared for months on end. I never did get my website done and now am working with a new company to make this happen. I have emails from them but am not adding them to this complaint. I can forward emails if you send me an email address. I would really like to get my money back, they literally did nothing that they said they would do and kept asking me for more money. I feel absolutely conned by them.

In May of 2022, I went to Logozones.com and ordered a high resolution, 4k, animated logo. I had already paid for a logo, and they wanted another $200 or so to give me a high resolution logo. (it was for a movie company, to be used on the movie screen before films begin) I paid the additional $200 and they never gave me the 4k file. They did, however send a file that they told me was 4k so I just accepted it at that until now, when the movie is edited together and i got a call from the editor telling me I sent him a standard definition file and it's all blurry because it wont blow up to proper size. I checked, and told him, no, I sent you what they said was a high definition, 4k file and it should be fine. But it is not. It SHOULD blow up to 4096x1716 but doesn't come close. So I paid extra for it already and now they want to charge me AGAIN to "re-open my file". Over $200. This is ridiculous. I just want what I initially ordered -- a high definition, 4k file for 4096x1716.

I had paid for a website with a five-year maintenance program; virus protection, marketing, etc. I was promised that I would make my investment back and then some by the end of the first year. After some months, the site died and nobody contacted me and nobody would respond to phone calls, messages, emails, texts so that I could find out what was going on. About 7 months later after repeated attempts to contact them, I finally had ****, the manager answer. I explained my disappointment about the website being down and their lack of communication or responses to my may calls, messages, texts, emails. He told me that a virus took down the site. I paid another $1500 he required to get it back up (total not around $8,000). I explained that my computer had crashed and that I needed him to please send me the links and logons for the **************************** and instructions on how to make changes or additions to my site. I have tried through numerous attempts to receive this and to date, I have not received anything from them. Last month I received a call from ****** saying that my site was going to be suspended permanently because there had been no updates or anything done with the site. Why when the maintenance agreement? To date, nearly two years later, I have not received a single coin for my humanitarian organization from this site. Recently I have made a few attempts to contact **** with no response. My last two contacts from them were wanting more money. So now after nearly two years, I have invested around $8,000, have paid for some lifetime agreements and have made not a single coin from it and now it is being suspended from ****** and no response to my messages. I would like to receive at least 50% of the investment as they have failed to live up to their agreements and fail to communicate, so the website is essentially gone I guess. Furthermore, this company gives the customers no receipts and no written copies of the agreements. They blame a team who is
