    On October 9th, 2023 I signed an agreement for website maintenance services with Webitronics including basics such as hosting, ***, security, update, email hosting, etc. I had a fully created website (obneonatalstudyguide.com), established for several years, that was migrated over to their services. (1) My first issue arose when I realized that all the on-page *** that I had previously created for all 40+ blog posts (before transition to Webitronics) had been completely removed, and when posting on social media my article pictures would not display. When I discussed this with the project manager ************************* (Sr. ******** Analyst/Technical Consultant) and another consultant (******) on a web call they stated my contract did not contain the level of *** I was requesting, and this would cost an extra $300. This was inaccurate, as my contract include *** friendly content. After a highly unprofessional discussion occurred, I declined the additional services and fixed the *** on my own. (2) Since then, I have experienced recurrent issues that I have reached out to my project manager to resolve- slow website, and an increase in spam comments for ex. Multiple follow-up emails would be required and it could take up to 2 wks to resolve a seemingly simple issue, which would then recur again within a short time. (3) In late Feb. I noted a spike in ghost spam referral traffic (note- performing security scans was part of the contract). I was told it was fixed, yet it was still showing up in my analytics. Last (4) As of Tuesday March 12th I am unable to access my website- from both the back end dashboard and regular internet. They shut it down with no advance notice. I have emailed and called the company several times with no response. Their company website and email addresses are no longer valid. In short, terrible service and now I have no website. In addition, I have had to do an insurmountable amount of work after hiring these crooks. The cost of this was $535.00.
