    Days of transaction 8/31/2023 Purchase price ****** Hammerhead, which is owned be SRAM LLC, sells bicycle computers. The unit does not provide accurate ride information. The elevation information on a ride can be anywhere to double to triple the actually amount. This is appears to be an issue that the company has not address for other users as well based upon their internal support forum, ***************************************************************************************************************** . I have contacted the company and have been sent 3 units in total and still have the same issue. All I want is a refund as the product is defective and does not record ride activity accurately. I have attached the email with their support staff as well. Let me know if to need anything else at all. Thank you for assistance and have a great day.

    On May 24th the rider returned his unit to ** for a full refund. This has now been processed and the case is closed.
