    Bought Steak's from vendor. Over $900 inn2 orders and all received rotten, due to big delay by *************** refuses to give credit. 3 months fighting with them!!!!

    On 12/21/2023, I ordered a beef wellington roast online from Allen Brothers. I received a confirmation email (attached) with an order number and a confirmed delivery date of 12/28. I did not receive the roast. I called and left a message and never received a return call. This was my New Year's Eve meal that Allen Brothers completely RUINED.

    Placed an order on December 15th for promised delivery on December 20th as a gift for my customer. Deliver never showed. Contacted customer service and a *************************** responded saying they were out of what I had ordered and could substitute a lesser quality steak and deliver on the 22nd of December which I agreed to. Then my customer got a notification that delivery was canceled by shipper on the 22nd. I contacted them again that night and at least 20 times since then with both emails and phone calls but they will not return a phone call or email anymore with an answer of when this might ship. Obviously this was a Christmas gift and now I have no idea what to expect and how to proceed. I still get emails from them daily asking me to make a purchase which just makes it more annoying. Order takers are nice but are an outside service and does nothing with shipping or customer service. ***** is supposedly a manager at extension ***** is supposed to call me but that has been without any response since Tuesday. I checked my credit card and it was billed on the 15th of December for the full amount. I have copies of all emails if that is helpful.

    I place an order on 12/02/2023 and it still has not been filled as of 12/27/2023. I can not get a hold of anyone in customer service. Only the orders department will answer the phone and then transfer me around until someone hangs up on me. Left my information for a call back but that doesn't happen either.
