    I placed an order on November 29th for 2 bundles of tape in extensions. After checking out I did not receive a text or email confirming my order, so I screenshotted the confirmation before leaving the screen. The website did not ask for my email, and I assumed that it was because I ordered through instagram. I checked the email linked to my instagram and there wasn't any confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation text, and after over 5 calendar days and 5 business days of never receiving an email or a text confirming the order I disputed it with my bank. Even while waiting on the dispute to process I never received confirmation on this order. On 12/11 I received a text from Dimitria asking me why I disputed the transaction and that my order had been ready since the 6th. She inquired whether I received the pickup notification and I said I had not. I also informed her that I had not received an email confirmation either. She further indicated that I stated her product was damaged, but I had not. I indicated that the product wasn't received. Further, she has had my phone number and if she noticed the order was never picked up she could have contacted me as she did this morning to be confrontational. I received promotional messages and discount spam from the company but never confirmation on my hair. I wanted to pick up rather than ship to avoid any unnecessary delay, and although I live further from her pick up location I was willing to travel for her hair. Even with communication she did not offer the hair to me, but indicated that she was losing out. I don't understand when she has both the product and the money. She was not going to contact me until my bank contacted her about this order.
