    I placed my order for product on November 22, 2022. I paid the merchant $280.00 for in-store pickup. I was supposed to be receiving a 24 inch 13x4 frontal body wave wig, I contacted the merchant on November 23, 2022 and asked what time would my wig be ready for pickup, she explained it would be in on Monday November 28, 2022. I contacted her again on November 28 to see what time I should come pick it up she told me that she was still waiting on ****** On the same day I explained to her I was hoping to receive my wig for the next day and Id just like a refund she didnt respond to my message nor open it. I started a dispute through my bank last week that is still Processing. The merchant has not reached out to me about anything, I received a email yesterday on December 2, 2022 saying my wig was ready for pickup without an address attached to it so I emailed for an address and still no response but is actively posting on ********* The order number is #*****, she never sent me a tracking number for the order.
