    I simply asked **** (the owner of Mark Windows) to come to my residence to try and remediate some issues I was having with my windows. Each time I talked to ****, he said he would call me back to set up a time to come out to my residence. However, **** never called me back. I finally gave up after a couple months of trying. For the life of me, I cant figure out why I was essentially ghosted concerning my window issues. Im assuming based on another customers experience I read about that once **** installs your windows, there is no follow through if issues arise.

    **** and his installers of Mark ******* did an excellent job installing new bedroom windows and balcony doors about a couple of months ago, very satisfied with the service I received. However, my blinds were not properly put back properly. However, I did contact him when he installed a neighbor's new windows next door to me. He along with one of his installers inserted the handrail installed the blinds back up. Monday, October 31. 2022, my blinds along with the handrail fell from above my balcony doors. Some blinds were bent. I contacted **** by phone on the above date, he said he would call ne the next day. Two days straight I have not received a call back from Mark.I went to ********** on Friday, November 4. 2022 to purchase new blinds for my living room balcony doors. The estimate is about $277.00; $50.00 to measure, $85.00 to install and ***** which totals: $277.00. I would like **** to reimburse this amount to me due to purchasing new blinds. As of this writing, Saturday November 5, 2022. I have not heard from *********I hope you can settle this matter. An additional amount of $277.00 affects my budget as a retiree.Thanking you in advance for your assistance. Again, I'm very satisfied with the product and installation, but I have to purchase new blinds that were perfectly working before installers installed new balcony doors. Also, **** is a nice gentleman, but his communication skills are poorly lacking. Need much improvement in this area.At this point, I want no further contact with ****, I have been more than patient, I want to be reimbursed the money I'm spending in the form of a Cashier's Check ($277.00). Picture show some blinds are bent and slight damage to frame of balcony door.*************************
