    We have a complaint about Advanced Window Corp. Window was purchased October 2011 and came with a lifetime warranty. In September 2019 we reported a window glass that had lost its seal causing it to frost in between the panes of glass. *** came out and replaced the glass promptly at NO COST to us. We were happy with the warranty work. Now fast forward to August 2024 we had another window of the same ************ do the same thing (lost the seal between the panes of glass). This time we called they stated that there would be a $110 trip charge to replace the glass. They came out and replaced the glass no problems but then handed me a bill for $110 that I refuse to pay. Within a week we received a phone call demanding payment. This is a lifetime warranty on the window. There is NO stated info in the warranty documentation that states anything about a service charge for warranty work. ***** (****) ***** called and left a message on my phone stating "SINCE YOU ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE LABOR PART OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ***** WE WILL NO LONGER WARRANTY YOUR WINDOWS".
