October 2022 we contacted them to replace the entire wall of doors and windows in our 2nd home in ******* **. ******* the salesman came and gave us an estimate. A measuring appointment was scheduled. After the measuring we signed a contract for $16,217 and gave a deposit of $$5,405, November 4thg 2022. We returned to ******* for the winter.January 2023, we returned to ******* for a few days and contacted *******, that told us the windows/doors/construction was complete, just waiting for better weather April...May I contacted them April 26th 2023 to schedule the installation for May 2023, before we return to ******* for the summer. ***** said they will call back. May 2nd I called again. ***** said they were problems with the measuring, NOTHING was constructed yet and a new measuring should be scheduled. My spouse was in ******* preparing the place for our June arrival. He was going to stay a day extra for them. Since ***** would NOT understand what I was asking and had to repeat over and over I hang up.I contacted ******* who told me to ask for ******, since ***** was new and not knowledgeable ****** answered but put me on a long hold until the call dropped. I called back and ******* picked up and said the manager will call me by noon ******* time when SHE comes in.By 12:30pm I called back and got this *************, that claimed to be the manager. I tried to talk to him, but he kept interrupting and yelling that I disrespected his staff and that they speak and understand perfect English and he hang up!.I tried to call back numerous times but they kept hanging up. A little later we received an email directed to our building Association, that my spouse is the President, saying they will not do the project! A call from my spouse was answered and we at least so far were promised a refund.I would NOT recommend doing business with this Company. They lied multiple times. Zero communications and when you call them total ignorance and RUDE behavior.

We had a salesperson from Midwest come to our home in September of last year (2022). They gave us a competitive quote. A few weeks later we paid a deposit and another person came back and took final measurements with the understanding that installation would proceed in the Spring of 2023. We began calling a week ago to schedule the install. Every time we called; we received a different answer. First call.... "your salesperson will get back you" . Follow up call(s) with multiple employees finally revealed that... #1) Our original salesperson no longer works there #2) Our doors were never manufactured because of a "measurement issue" #3) NO ONE at Midwest ever bothered to call us with this information in all these months #4) Midwest has held onto our deposit for SIX MONTHS !! Midwest truly doesn't care about good customer service. They must be swimming in new orders and will just as easily berate you (on the phone) as they'll take your money....and then keep it. Buyer Beware !!
