  I appreciate the service I've gotten over the years from Chillicothe Auto Sales. I've purchased numerous cars from them. They've secured financing for me even though I have problem credit. They have also agreed to continue working on my Nissan, even though I didn't purchase it from them 2 years ago. They've been patient with me recently while I struggle with medical issues , as well as other issues contributing to missed appointments. Most without calling.
  They're still willing to work with me. Also, they recently gave me an estimate for some work. It was half the dealership cost.

  They sold me are Volkswagen Jetta that was idling rough when I test drove it. They claimed they would fix it, and I brought it to them to fix. It was still idling rough they claimed it was the turbo. It continued to have that problem plus developed a bad transmission, and timing chain. I bought it back they gave me the run around for a month. Quoted me a price to fix it then doubled it, and claimed I should have fixed it then They had someone out of shop that was going to fix it, but they had cars ahead of me. They told me they sell cars as is. I towed the car back to my house Monday after a month of waiting. Buyer beware they have poor customer service, aren't very forthcoming, and had other vehicles on the lot with major repair problems.

  We always do appreciate people's business. We would appreciate truthfulness though. You bought a vehicle on 2/22 and it had a vibration at stop signs idling, we promised to fix for you. Parts were unavailable that day so we scheduled a later date and the Repair was completed. Never heard from you again until 3 months later you drove car in saying it needed a motor. You said you had accelerated to pass a car and lost power and all lights came on. You were told engine was bad and we informed you that you had a stretched timing chain based off the codes that had appeared. There was no sign of an oil change, there had been near 7000 miles on the vehicle since the purchase. You understood and received the quote of $1500 May 22, 2024 7:09 pm by text for an outside company to perform services (a repair our shop doesn't perform) when you could come up with money. You kept driving and showed less than 10 days later now with trans fluid leaking severely and also needing a transmission seal. We gave a quote from same outside source. (Also a repair our shop does not perform) They quoted $650 on top of the price of a timing replacement. Was consistent with same pricing as original for timing replacement and also added the price to replace trans seal. We gave you the pricing we get, we gave you an option to use who we would use, we offered to pay 20% even though vehicle had no warranty. I am sorry you had issues, but everything we tried to assist you with while you were having issues was documented and the only way to satisfy you was to pay for all your repairs which we are not going to do.
