    I went to **** s one stop shop computer repairs to repair my laptop. **** at first was really great really nice worked with me very well. He said that he would be able to repair my laptop and get me a GeForce GTX **** with a new motherboard for around $545. He even offered giving me a solid-state drive for $200 which I accepted. I paid **** right away to order those parts so then I waited and waited. I had to contact him to figure out hey the two weeks you said it would come in. I get no call from you. He said the motherboard was damaged, and they had to return it, I said OK thats fine. He then calls me a week later said hey great news we got your laptop all ready but heres the catch they didnt put the **** that I paid for instead, they put a lower performing graphics card in there at **** when I went to go pick it up, I questioned them and said the ****s its better than the **** they lied to me and said no this one in particular is better than **** and is able to game better than a ****. Did research that night after taking the laptop home and they were wrong and found that its a much cheaper motherboard:graphic card. They gave claimed they gave me free ram and a better processor which is a lie since its all comes with it. I have proof with text messages and receipts. So Im going to contest my transaction to the best of my ability. They lied to me about the product and installed the wrong motherboard with out me even knowing. They didnt ask me at all if I wanted to ****. They told me the day of me picking me up leaving me with little choice. Next day I told them I wanted the other one and he is refusing in still going through this ordeal and I feel taken advantage of. If you go to this place use a credit card in case you need to dispute the charges. Do your own research.

    ******* left her with a working pc not sure why the need for a bad rating when he left saying not the best game but definitely fastest it ever ran not once he mentioned any issue till the next day I dont believe this review is fully true and doesn't state all of the facts as they happened seems alot of stuff. if he had a issue he also chould of declined the pc at pickup which he was aware of all these .and he took the pc home and then reached out the next day the upgraded board he wanted would not fit in the pc which we went over with him
