Our deck is over 35 years old. Throughout the years, we've used Deck Tech to power wash and stain it. The results are consistently beautiful. They restore the life and durability of the deck. They contact us as to when the work will be done and are very careful, covering all surrounding areas with plastic to keep things neat. We highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the results. Had two different crews. One for the power washing and one for the staining of our deck and fence. Both are very good. They did a great job. Additionally they were very clean. Had plastic everywhere to protect my grass and furniture in the yard. This all made up for the shortcomings of our sales guy. Extremely poor customer service. Very poor work done on re-staining of deck (used Deck Tech many times before). Over priced, as well. Company refused to come out to re-do/fix poor re-staining of deck. Claimed contract (from several years ago) did not include vertical surfaces. Either way, several areas had drips or no stain. Looked bad. Pictures shared w company. **************** person was willing to lose a long-time customer over an hour or two touch-up job (This is the second time poor work was observed in last few years. First time I notified company). Other people have told me of similar, recent, negative experiences.Deck Tech, Inc.

******** requested an estimate for wash and seal of his deck. We quoted work as we had in our previous records. The work order did not include pickets or skirting as it did not exist in our data. When the customer emailed us regarding the discrepancy we explained that the existing deck did not match the previously serviced deck in our history. He stated he had made the changes a few years back but we were unaware, we offered to requote to include the areas that were not serviced but he declined. Please note that our proposal breaks down the service areas listing each specifically and it does not mention the rails, pickets or skirting, therefore our wash and seal technicians serviced the deck only as it was quoted.Review fromLen B

We have used Deck Tech to clean and reseal our deck since 2008. We live near ****************** and have a hard time getting anyone to service us. We usually have them out every other year. Some years the staff has been a little less attentive to details. However, this year they cleaned and sealed our deck in May 2023. They did an outstanding job!! 2 years ago I had hired someone else to come out, they didn't even clean the deck very well. I could still see the dirt and mildew after they supposedly "cleaned" the deck. Cost me $$, but I then called Deck Tech and they did a much better job. At least I could tell the deck had been cleaned.We are on a well where we live, not city water. A few years back, when they came to pressure wash our deck, our outside silcock wasn't getting the water pressure they required. They came back once I had my well/water treatment system repaired.In 15 years, I have not been able to find anyone that else that would even come out and take care of us.Are they perfect, no. But over 15 years every company has employee issues. If you don't want to do it yourself, hire Deck Tech.Deck Tech, Inc.
