      I was told $1000 for a crown and told that I was required to pay $125 for a membership. I was told I would get 40% off the price, but only for August. I was then, after paying, told the crown is $1900 (nearly double.) I then was told that she called the manager and the manager said $1200. I said were not far apart. I came in expecting to pay for a $1k crown minus 40% plus build up cost minus 40%. So approximately 850-900.00. This didn't seem unreasonable but then after calling back this manager female the young lady helping me said that the manager went on break. She tried to reach her on a cell phone but the manager didn't answer. 45 minutes later I asked her to call again. Contact was made and the manager was set on telling me 1200. Over and over. I smiled, as did the staff who were flies on the wall. The manager was no, no, no. Not understanding that I either wanted my money back. Or I wanted to pay for things as quoted and be a happy patient. Needless to say this is concerning that, intentionally or not..how ppl are treated in general. Sometimes on life good people get in the practice of saying no, first. Rather than sincerely saying, thinking and truly meaning when they ask: How can I help you. Definitely offended on several levels. Including as a person. Hoping for a positive here. Please give me a text or email any time.

      Patient called and scheduled appointment as a private patient since he doesn't have dental insurance. We offered him what we offer private patients. Which is a yearly membership of $125 that covers exam and X-rays throughout the year and gives patients 30% discount out off treatment. Prices were never mentioned over phone as we are not allowed to, due that different *** codes are use for dental services and we never know which ones the doctors will proposed. Patient talked to me the manager over the phone since I was not physically in the office. He was very demanding about how much he wanted to pay. Very rude by the way. Not letting me talk after I let him talk and explain himself. I kindly explained to him that prices were set and that we were already giving him an additional discount per Doctor, even after the promotion discount of 40%. I explained to him that we were not able to charge him what he demanded to pay due that he needed to keep in mind lab fees. He kept on insisting on what he wanted to pay. He even threaten to call his card and dispute the $125 membership if we didn't leave the treatment cost to what he wanted to pay. At no point did we give him the wrong information. He just wanted to pay what he wanted to pay and I told him that's now how a business works. Prices are set. We offered him payment options, but he refused to listen.
