  Didnt finish constructing a gate properly. The top and bottom hinges didnt match or function the same. ***** standard. They refuse to correct the mistake after months of arguing.

  The work has been installed correctly; every time **** has asked a question, we have tried to answer it not only over the phone but also by having a person at the job site to make sure her concern was addressed, but she refused to listen to an explanation. According to her, we are missing a piece that has nothing to do with the gate's functionality, and we are scheduled to add it today for her peace of mind. Ignoring clients is not our style.

  ***** Fence does really fabulous work. Not only do they do a beautiful job, but the service is fabulous. And I think the pricing is competitive. Highly recommend.

  My ******** decided to have a steel fence put up around our driveway after some "A" tried to steel our car from the driveway. Before there was just a wood fence on each side of the driveway but no front gate. The rep they sent out was *******************. I told him I wanted the driveway fence replaced & put back with a gate. We talked about the car gate,what type, how tall, how wide at least 4 times. i mentioned that it would be like the ***************************** several houses away, which we could see. We talked about the fence that would be on both sides of the driveway & the old wooden fence that i said i would take down & that it would be done when they returned. Having a 1/2 fence and no gates put up makes no sense. When the installers returned, all wooden fence material was removed & out of their way as i promised. The installers did their job but when they said they were finished, their was no fence on the alley side at all & no gates. i asked them about it and was told that ******************* had written up to be done that way, they just followed orders. I called *****, asked him to come out to see what was done. He said he had no need to come out since that was what i wanted. i said that was in no way what i wanted & he needed to see it for himself. After talking for a while, he finally came. When he arrived i simply showed him the 1/2 done fence and no gate. He gets off my complaint as if he didn't see it, never acknowledges any wrong doing. There is NO WAY that ANYONE could look at the fence & not see it was unfinished & no gates. ***** bypassed that,told me he could find a deal that could save me some money to get it finished & he would do something that the company would not like him to do. I listened & he says it will cost me $4,000.00 more borrowed money to finish & he supposedly would not charge me for something= WHAT ? it was $4,000. MORE. I had already paid $4,214. which was supposedly for this fence,gates + a side fence & gate, which was done. I believe we were cheated.
