    On march 18 , 2023 I was on my way to work and I was in kind of a rush and really needed gas and wiper fluid. my work is around the corner from this gas station so that's why I chose that particular place to stop at.I paid for my items which was 24 dollars and 75 cents and proceeded to walk to my car when i realized I told the cashier the wrong pump that's when I immediately turn around and went to the window to inform her of the pump issue and she shook her head as if she understood what I was telling her so i returned to the pump to attempt to pump my gas but nothing was happening so I went back inside to tell her again that i made a mistake im on pump 3 not pump 6 and she replied you (have to pay again) but she never told me why so I asked her ( will that first transaction of 20 dollars be reversed back to my account) and she said ( yes it will). And before I walked away after paying 20 more dollars I asked her are you sure i will get my money back she continued to tell me yes.I was in a rush and thought it was some sort of issue on her part to why i had to pay twice. I went to work and felt something wasn't right and quickly went back to the gas station and wanted to confirm what she told me and for the third time she said yes. Three days past and the money was not pending on my bank account anymore which mean she never reversed the transaction so that following tuesday i called the gas station and a guy obviously knew who i was told me I will get it if not talk to my bank. so 2 more day past and i called again and the cashier that was their on the 18th stated someone pump the gas so I won't be getting my money back so I told her that I will be returning with the police to retrieve my refund for the gas that i never pumped. the officers came but nothing got resolved. I called on friday to speak with a supervisor and he accused me of trying to steal gas and that he had video evidence of the incident. Why would i call the police if i tried to steal gas.

    I am rejecting this response because: I didn't have nothing to do with what they are saying.no body pumped the gas that fast. I just left the counter not even a minute before I  turned around and told her it was the wrong pump.someone car was there before I pulled in the station but no one was pumping gas when I exited the store.Ask them for the video proving that's what happened. I bet it will show the truth. It's not even about the money. I made that mistake a number of time and never had to go through what I'm experiencing now. I had on my work uniform and I don't associate with no one to plan something so stupid for 20 dollars.the point is that I was never going to see my money and she knew it  that but she still was telling me I was getting my money back. I'm no criminal but they are treating as such. They are saying that I deliberately tried to still gas. if she would have told me why I had to pay again I would had just fought for the gas I paid for in the first place. If they keep calling me a thief I will have to take some sort of legal action.because the way they are treating me is  unacceptable and should not be accepted.
    Where is the video proof to back up what they are saying I will like to see me trying to pull off a ***************************** WRONG.I don't have money to just be given it away for nothing.i work to hard for that little money.
