    I purchased a pair of pants from Hourglass Angel online, and unbeknownst to me the lining in the back of the pants is completely visible. The pants are supposed to be hidden in the back, especially the lining, but it is not at all. I sent in pictures, and I asked only for a new pants, not a refund. They told me no refunds, because it is final sale. I understand just point, but final sale items should not be sold defective. They refuse to resend me a new pair that's not defective.

    The product in question is not considered defective. Visible lines are common in these garments. Additionally, we have a clearly advertised final sale notice throughout the website.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is false advertising to say that this garment, that is absolutely not supposed to show any visible lines, that in point is the entire reason for the pants in the first place, is to have visible lines. The final sale part is clear, yes. But not towards defective clothing. And if this business considers these pants to have visible lines in the garment, that are one hundred percent not supposed to be there, then it should be stated in their description of the product before the consumer makes the choice to purchase it. In which case, I read the description and it did not mention anywhere at all that there could be visible lines. Had it did mention that, I would not have choose to buy these pants. There is absolutely no mention of this information they are claiming and that lured me in to purchase something under a false advertisement.

    The product description does not state a fully seamless look. The product description mentions "The padding is virtually invisible" which is in alignment with how the product has performed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The statement of "virtually invisible" is 100% misleading, as virtually invisible means you will have a very hard time to find any flaw of the seaming. If I had known that when I purchased these it would look like this, I definitely would not have purchased it. The picture show as you said - invisible lines. Virtually invisible just exactly that. You cannot see them. As you can see any attachments, you can absolutely see them, way more than virtually invisible. It is 100% misleading, the pictures especially.
