    We hired ****** Jimenez to do a deep clean of our home. She and her assistant should not be in business of home cleaning as our home was filthy after they left. We wish we hadnt paid them as they overcharged us .we felt like we were scammed and bullied. All they did was move the dirt and dust around and using one filthy rag with no cleaning solution. This company in our opinion are scammers and thieves and took advantage of Senior Citizens by not telling the truth about costs and that they did a deep cleaning. We asked for our money back and they did not respond. They offered to come back and clean but absolutely no way would I let these, in my opinion liars come back into my home. I had to clean after they left and then hire another cleaning company to clean up their messy, dirty, disgusting work. They used no disinfectant nor were gloves. With Covid they are just spreading germs. . They simply just should not be in business. And they were any kind of reputable company they would have at least given back half of our almost $500 we paid. Which is so ridiculous for leaving our home filthy.
