    I applied for insurance on December 31st of 2024 and paid $130.52. The website told me I would receive my insurance information **************** information) to my email. I never received the insurance information, so I called the customer service number provided on the website. The person I spoke to told me the insurance would be taking effect on January 1st, so I should receive the insurance information then. I did not receive the insurance information, so I tried to look up the policy online with my number and email. The website said there was no policy, but they had already processed my payment. I need insurance for work, so I had to go with a different company. Magnum still has not sent me any information or my refund.

    After looking through the system, I see the client purchased a policy with ***************** online (ILAA-1030810-00) on 12/31/24.
    I have attached copies of 2 emails and a policy as well. One is the email that the client executed the R-sign for the application.The second email is the email that was sent to the client with all their paperwork and ID card.

    According to the clients complaint, they are stating they never received anything, and these emails prove they did. (see attached)

    It also stating they had to purchase insurance elsewhere so if we need to cancel this policy, Id have to get a copy of the new insurance to cancel it that day.
    I dont believe well be able to issue a flat cancel and provide a full reimbursement.
