    I dropped off a mantel clock for repair in March of 2023. Nearly two years later, it has not been fixed. I called on December 27, 2024 and told them I was going to come pick it up. When I arrived at 1:10 pm, they couldn’t find it. One of their workers and I spent 1.5 hours going through storerooms and basements looking for my clock. I have never seen so many clocks in my life. We never found mine.

    I purchased a Coo-Coo clock used at a rummage sale and took the clock up the Watkins Jewelers on September 24, 2020. He stated that it could take a while to get the parts because of COVID and because they needed to come from China. Since 2022, I have called monthly asking for an update and I am being told 2 more weeks. In December 2022 I went up demanding my clock back and he refused to give it to me stating 2 more weeks. It is not been over 30 days without contact and I still do not have my clock. I would like it repaired or returned. I am including my receipt showing REPAIR in the comments but they did not put what the repair is for.

    the coo coo clock parts did eventually come in, but the consumer requested to get the piece back without repair. The clock is back in the possession of the consumer.
