    My ************ own our home together. On 4/26/23 we signed contract to have ************ paver patio replaced.Work started in 5/23 & not completed Weve since learned what was done is not correct & wrong product used-not what we requested & paid for & some things done werent needed. They didnt return to finish work (been over a month) even though theyve been paid in full & overpaid from confusion of many requests for more $. Were so upset & stressed at being conned, scammed, taken advantage of. City inspector noted errors on the deck, stair handrails arent compliant (too wide) & patio drains installed were not needed & not correct- a large list of items are incorrect. Other contractors all agree on what is done incorrectly & has to now be redone. All advised need to remove & re-do it all & its going to cost us quite a bit more They werent reliable often showed up late took long lunch breaks or not return from lunch or sometimes not show up at all, not keep in communication with us what was going on, uncooperative, unresponsive to our pleas to finish. Some work done without our approval. Wrong product used. Yard is a mess, couldnt use all Summer. Were disrespectful of our ************ left it filthy every time were here. We are so stressed out-physically sick that this happened. They took advantage of us a Sr. ******* & 2 single women, conned us for more $ lied to us saying itd be refunded & that estimate & contract included a cushion- $ would be refunded to us. We trusted them & are in a terrible situation. Our home has been ruined. We filed a police report & notified the Attorney General. We need refund $ overpayment, $ paid on work not completed, contract "cushion" to be refunded to us, $ paid on incorrect work & wrong product, $ to hire new contractors to complete/correct the ************* Want to be sure they dont do to others. Need resolution ASAP cant delay *********************** unhappy still not completed 4+ months later. Help us please!
