I entered into contract for auction of house contents March 22, 2022 with Ogle Auctions.
22 auctions were held for the items, and consignment sheets were received with the amounts they received for those auctions. I received payment for only the first 3 auctions, and not per the schedule they gave me.
Mostly empty promises, 100% excuses for never showing up when scheduled for payment either in person or by mail, never receiving promised mailing of checks, refusal to speak on the phone, replying to emails and texts at best sporadically, if at all. The original agreement was to pay me by 30 days after EACH auction. That never happened.
They stated they were sending me a final check, twice; July 24, 2023 and Aug 13, 2023 that never arrived. I asked if they intended on paying me, again, on Sept 18, 2023, was told by text "yes", and they were "wrapping everything up" by the end of September, 2023.
They are keeping money that doesn't belong to them from proceeds of auctions of my things per their own consignment sheets provided to me.

No responses from using phone number to call (always) or text as of 10/9/23. As of 10/17/23 their business email is not being used or monitored according to auto response.

I have waited a week past the date the Ogles stated they would remit payment to me in their email of 10/18/23.  This has been the ongoing way they do things with me for about a year and a half.  They say they will do something and then it just never happens.

I had a signed contact dated 5/27/22 with Ogle Auctions to auction my household possessions via their online auction service. On 6/12/22, some of my possessions were auctioned and I received a check in the amount of $971.60 on 7/29/22. In the months following, more of my possessions were auctioned but **** failed to pay me for those many sales. ********************** admittedly said they owed me approx $1500 and said they would mail a check (I moved out of state in August 2022). I have never received payment, only broken promises and excuses and a copy of a traceable postage label for an envelope which allegedly contained my check. The envelope was never delivered to any post office according to ***** **** has since failed to return my phone calls or emails. I believe there are still personal possessions of mine that have not been auctioned and I would like to know their intent for those items. I also would like to be paid for ALL items auctioned to date. Can you please help in resolving this matter? I hope my complaint will deter future potential customers from getting scammed by these people!
