    I ordered a pair of eye glasses at Havera ******** in ************, ** on August 18th, 2022 and the glasses did not come in until September 23rd, 2022. They kept giving us excuses as to why they weren't in 10 to 14 business days as they originally told us. They cost $322.00 and when they came in, they were ill fitting even after adjustments were made. The prescription was not as clear as I'd hoped them to be and I couldn't see as well with them. I ordered a pair of glasses online while I was waiting for these glasses to come in and they arrived in 8 business days. They came in with thinner lenses and I can see out of these glasses better than the glasses I received from Havera ********. The online glasses fit me like a glove and were very comfortable. I made several calls to see when the glasses would be in and my mother called as well and all they could give was excuses at Havera ********. If i could give a zero star, I would!
