Start project remodeling my bathrooms in July. Tore out my front bathroom and then stated that I didnt check product availability. Left bathroom demo for 2 weeks. When his employees showed up it was late in the day and they did a horrible job. The faucet in the tub is not anchored properly, flooring is not correct, uneven texture paint, electric doesnt work, faucets are lose in both bathrooms, shower&tub improperly caulked, vent wasnt replaced. 2nd bathroom was demoed, left old materials, didnt install tub properly its uneven, has no front and shower leaks, flooring incorrect, used paint sprayer on doors and door handles, electric outlet doesnt work, vanity unevenly installed, poor craftsmanship for both bathrooms. Job did not end until late Oct. Multiple ignored text throughout project. Very unprofessional. Paid 6k up front and bought the majority of the materials.

Dear Ms. ***************** you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration youve experienced during your bathroom remodeling project. We understand that the delays and the issues with workmanship have caused you significant stress, and we deeply regret falling short of your expectations.

We would like to address a few points raised in your feedback. The initial delay after the demo was due to unforeseen issues with product availability, for which we take full responsibility. Once the project was coming to a close, we found it hard to reach you. We reached out to you in September via phone and text to schedule the completion of remaining tasks. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to these attempts. In October, we followed up again via email but similarly did not hear back.

We were unaware of the specific concerns youve shared regarding the quality of workmanship and the unfinished tasks until now, in March 2025. Had we been informed earlier, we would have taken immediate steps to address these issues and ensure the work met your standards. Your feedback is invaluable, and we regret that communication breakdowns contributed to this outcome.

As a gesture of good faith, we would like to work with you to resolve the issues to your satisfaction. We are committed to upholding the quality of our services and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the chance to learn and improve. We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely, DaiShunda | WIMMS Group LLC | ************

    Customer Answer

The claims made by WIMMS LLC are completely false. They were very unprofessional the entirety of the job. Always treating this job as side job and sending in other unqualified workers. As you can see in the above text ****** ******** always had an excuse for the work. They took full advantage of my being a widow. The bathrooms remain unfinished and not functioning properly. ** his assistant come and saw what wasnt done and what was done poorly. He came to ask me if I had paid ****** for the work and was very rude. They need to be held accountable so this doesnt happen to someone else. I need reimbursement for the work I have to pay someone else to do.

Dear Ms. ***************** you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience with us fell short and offer our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused by this project.

We acknowledge the concerns youve raised about the quality of workmanship, unprofessional conduct, and the unfinished state of the bathrooms. It was never our intention to leave you feeling taken advantage of, and we are truly sorry for the impact this situation has had on your trust in us.

As noted in the text message exchanges, delays in materials significantly impacted the project timeline, and we take full responsibility for this setback. We also acknowledge that there was an instance where our response was delayeda shortcoming we are addressing to prevent it from happening in the future. However, we want to emphasize that our team made efforts to communicate with you and keep you informed about delays.

In an attempt to understand, we reached out via phone on October 7, 2024, via email on October 14, 2024, and in person October 23, 2024. While we couldn't get a response from the email or phone call we recently heard the conversation between you and the assigned contractor and although the conversation seemed cordial and he was agreeable with your concerns it is a conversation that should've been had with ****** or myself. We would love the opportunity to address and correct these issues if given the chance.

Please reach out to me directly at ************ or via email at *************************************** so that we may discuss this further.
