    I hired Safe Way Tree and Stump removal. To remove a tree, haul away the debris, grind the remaining stump and leave the mulch. They came on July 26th partially removed the tree. They left a 10 foot stump that was not cut, as well as several large logs. They were paid 1000.00 cash. As of today 8/6/2023 they have not returned to complete the job. I have called them four times. Since 7/26/2023 I was promised twice that they would to come the next day and they have not returned.

    I never said I would be back the next day. I told you I would be back and I will. If you want to tell a story tell the whole story. How I quoted you 2k for this tree over a year ago then noticed it was dying and would be possible to fall on your house with all the storms and me trying to help a senior citizen and did the tree for half price so you didn't wind up with a tree on your house. And what's the thanks I get? You come flying through your yard and run over a $800 pole saw. My profit on your job was only $295 doing it for half price now I agreed to that price so I'm not complaining about that. It was the lack of respect you had for me and my equipment. You were a complete A hole when I told you what you did. So yes I will be back to complete your job, that I agreed to do, but I treat people the same way they treat me. You show me respect I will show you the same. Ask anyone in Collinsville I do what I say I will.
